Join me, Anne Leuck, on a 6-week journey into modern spirituality and art journaling, drawing from teachings and introducing you to healers that have deeply influenced my own path. Explore spiritual self-discovery through creative visual journaling, meditation, oracle cards, and transformative healing methods. Explore mythology and contemporary spirituality, transcending religious boundaries to foster deeper connections and enrich our service to the world.

What Can I Expect?

Each week we will embark on an exploration of a different spiritual practice; healing modalities, meditation, eastern philosophy and mystical traditions.
We will integrate our exploration each week using a combination of words and images in our sketchbook journal pages.
This is a wonderful way to start incorporating meditation, self development, spiritual growth and more, into your life. Every week, we'll be sharing the magic that unfolds in the days and moments between, the insights we gain and the challenges we may face, along with the wonderful observations we make.
Every week, I will also draw Oracle cards for the group. You can incorporate them into your journaling and meditation practice as well.
Playful exercises in drawing, pattern, lettering, page layout and color will also be included weekly.
You may be amazed at how likely you'll embrace meditation and/or a journaling practice after 6 weeks with us. I can't wait to see the positive changes it brings to your life.

WHO IS ANNE LEUCK?

...I AM (!) an artist and playful creativity coach obsessed with self discovery, spirituality (not religion!), alternative healing modalities, art + sketchbook journaling!

I started my daily sketchbook practice 20+ years ago(!) to add daily creativity to my life, frustrated by all the administrative time taken, wearing all the different hats of an artist running my own business. My process combines words and images...'illustrated words'.

Over the years, my clients, friends and family started asking me how I was doing it. I decided to start teaching! Soon I had a handful of clients experiencing powerful life changes from their daily journaling, and I knew that so many more people could benefit from this.

I create these courses because my mission is to help as many people as possible experience the profound self-awareness that occurs on their pages and in their lives once they reconnect with their inner artist...I believe anyone can do this, even those fearful of drawing!
